WISE CAPITAL NOTES

High Current Monthly Income

WISE CAPITAL seeks as high a level of current income as is consistent with capital preservation. WISE CAPITAL'S goal is to provide clients with an effective yield that maintains a favorable spread over other short-term, fixed income alternatives. It does this by investing primarily in real property. This can help protect a client's purchasing power against the eroding effects of inflation.

Stable Value

Investment notes are contractual and therefore have a stated value. However, a default in a loan in which you may own an interest, a material deterioration of a borrower's credit worthiness or a sudden or extreme increase in prevailing interest rates may cause a decline in value.

No Initial Sales Charge

Every dollar starts earning interest from the start. The minimum initial agreement in the notes is only $50,000. Additions of $25,000 or more may be made at any time.

Liquidity Through Repurchase Offers

To accommodate investors liquidity needs, WISE CAPITAL may make quarterly repurchase offers for a portion of outstanding loans. To the extent they are unable to completely accommodate all requests, repurchases will be fulfilled on a pro rata basis, or otherwise, you should be financially comfortable with the lack of immediate liquidity due to the quarterly repurchase cycle.

*Notes may be subject to an early withdrawal charge up to 10%
